I secured prestigious jobs, but whenever I looked around, I saw many talented individuals struggling due to a lack of opportunities, proper guidance, or coaching. Seeing them settle for an ordinary life despite their potential always pained me. I wanted to do something meaningful to help, but I soon realized that my job alone wouldn't allow me to make the desired impact.
