I come from a middle-class family and studied hard. While many in my village pursued education, they struggled to find jobs. I managed to secure a position as an electrical engineer, but I felt uncomfortable not being able to help others who were seeking guidance. After several unsuccessful attempts to create opportunities for talented individuals, my team and I decided to take action. We launched the Igniting Minds platform through the FIRE (Financial Independence and Retire Early) program. Now, we are able to provide opportunities that give many people hope for a better future.
